New Pathfinders will bring completed and signed Pathfinder Application, Rutland Church Consent, Waiver and Indemnity, plus Health and Medical Record including immunizations. 

Returning Pathfinders will bring a completed and signed Rutland Church Consent, Waiver and Indemnity form and the parent will add and sign their existing Health and Medical Record with any changes during the past year.  

Annual Registration Fee covers the class journal, Pathfinder scarf and slider, sash and honor badges earned throughout the year, and craft/projects expenses. One child from a family is $100; Payment may be made using cash or cheques made out to Rutland SDA Church  or electronic transfer to  drcindee@goldenpeach.net

Please look over the Calendar and click on an entry to get fuller details about what your Pathfinder needs to wear and take to any  meeting. Bring your questions to Pathfinder Parents  Meeting at the beginning of each Pathfinder year or ask one of our  staff.

Parents who want to Volunteer throughout the year must have a current BC Clearance Record Check before they can work with our Pathfinder kids and they must apply to be a volunteer. If any parent drives other children than their own to Club meetings or on outings, they need to have authorization to do so before hand. Scroll down for the Volunteer Forms.
