This week we are REGISTERING -  Thurs. Sep 21 at 5:45 - 6:30 and 7:45 - 8:30 pm

Forms are available online under Resources Tab or @ the PF Clubhouse

ALL Pathfinders will need to register due to wildfire loss of previous forms. These include:

1. Pathfinder Application

2. Consent, Waiver

3. Health and Medical Form (2 pages)

ALL Volunteers need to register and include:

1. Volunteer Application (2 pages)

2. Health and Medical Form (2 pages)

3. Consent, Waiver

4. Volunteer Driver Application

5. Driver Abstract (obtain at ICBC)
